Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Voltra you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms you must not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Voltra is a progressive web application for tracking workouts, training programs, and fitness progress. Features are available on a free tier, a paid subscription, or a 14-day free trial of the paid tier. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@voltra.app if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.

All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice.

5. Free Trial

New accounts automatically receive a 14-day free trial of the paid tier. No payment method is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period your account is automatically downgraded to the free tier unless you subscribe. Existing data is preserved on downgrade, but creation of new items beyond the free-tier limits is blocked.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Voltra for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or any part of our systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content via the app
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the app

7. Intellectual Property

Voltra and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the personal data and workout content you create in the app. By using the app you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

8. Disclaimers

Voltra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Content in the app does not constitute medical or fitness advice. You are solely responsible for your exercise choices and any resulting injury or health outcome. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Voltra, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Voltra after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
